Never content with the ordinary, Baba Sissoko started his personal outstanding musical journey in Bamako, Mali, several years ago. Carrying on his shoulders the legacy of a legendary dynasty of Malian griots and repeating to himself that « its getting closer and closer but im not there yet » he broke all the boundaries, becoming the Malian who ever deserved the stellar "Obaland Awards" for Best African Jazz musician of the Year 2018. His most appreciated satisfaction came few years ago when he found out that his firstborn, Djana Sissoko, a young and super talented 18 years old girl, decided to follow hi spath and join him in the mission to deliver his meaningful message of peace and joy to the world.
