Die erste offizielle Wiederveröffentlichung des legendären Albums. Seit 1992 hat die Band maßgeblich zum Aufstieg der neuen Hardcore-Szene beigetragen, die als "New School" bekannt ist. Es waren die Jahre von Bands wie Earth Crisis, Snapcase, Undertow, Unbroken... Ursprünglich 1996 auf New Age Records veröffentlicht, ist "Here And Now" das Manifest der Band, sowohl musikalisch als auch textlich. Eine besondere Erwähnung verdient das Konzept des Albumcovers, das der Sängerin Jody Taylor gewidmet ist, die leider 2016 verstorben ist.
