Moss sind so etwas wie das britische Flagschiff des okkulten Horror-Funeral-Dooms, so zäh und langsam, dass man "zwischen zwei heavy Drum- und Gitarren-Schlägen locker einen Satansbraten jagen kann". Im Jahre 2013 ist nun manches anders: Der keifende Gesang von Olly Pearson ist ultra-authentischen Ozzy-Gedächtnis-Vocals gewichen, der Sound klingt um einiges klassischer und selbst die ein oder andere Melodie hat sich ins Soundbild eingefügt. Drogenvernebelt wie Electric Wizard, zäh wie Burning Witch und kolossal riffend wie holy Sabbath.
